The Estate
A few blocks from the whitest sand in Florida, inside the gates of Destiny East, this three-story lakefront estate is built for the vacations where everyone finally makes it: grandparents, cousins, teenagers, toddlers, and the uncle who loves running the balcony grill.
Nearly 4,700 square feet means the whole family can spread out and still be together. A private elevator serves all three floors - an easy, comfortable ride for grandparents, little ones, and luggage alike. Two full kitchens let two households cook at once. And when the sun drops behind the lake, the whole crew ends up in the same place - around the fire pit, at the water's edge.

The Beach
This is why you come to Destin: sugar-white quartz sand and water so clear and green they named the whole coast after it. Public beach access at the Crab Trap is just a few blocks away - an easy walk, and an even easier bike ride. It's close enough that from the balcony, you can spot the Gulf horizon in the palm gap across the lake.
The Water at Home
The freeform pool sits right at the water's edge, flanked by a heated spa. Optional pool heating keeps swim season going all year. Loungers for the sun-chasers, a covered patio for the shade-seekers, and lake views for everyone.
The Fun
Racing simulators with a sunset view, plus a PS5 for tournament night. The garage is its own arcade: a large chess set in the first bay, a ping pong table, an electronic dart board, and a giant Connect Four. Add three cabinets full of board games, nine TVs, and six bikes for cruising the neighborhood - there's something fun waiting at every hour of the day.
The Kitchens
The main kitchen anchors the second floor with granite counters and an open flow made for pancake productions and long coffee conversations. Downstairs, a second full kitchen gives the first-floor wing its own rhythm - and the grill on the second-floor balcony handles burger duty with a lake view.
